'Much Ado' thrown
curve ball

Calhoun Community College's Theatre Department puts a curve ball twist on William Shakespeare's "Much Ado about Nothing," turning it into a tale of a winning baseball team with all the angst of players, friends and parents.

Shows are at 7 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and at 2 p.m. Sunday. Performances will be at the Black Box Theatre in the Fine Arts Building, Calhoun's Decatur campus. Tickets are $8 for students and seniors, $12 general admission. Call 306-2693.
